Map any process into a clear workflow diagram

Before you can automate or improve a process, you need to see it. The Workflow Mapper turns a plain list of steps into three things at once: a clean numbered map you can read at a glance, valid Mermaid diagram code you can drop into docs and wikis, and a rendered flowchart you can screenshot. It runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

How to get the best results

  • One step per line — keep each step short and action-oriented (start with a verb: "Send welcome email").
  • Decision points — phrase them as yes/no questions ending in "?" (e.g. "Payment received?"). They render as diamond branches with Yes/No paths.
  • Roles & tools — list them in the same order as your steps to annotate each one with who does it and which system it uses.

What is Mermaid?

Mermaid is a simple text-based diagramming syntax supported by GitHub, GitLab, Notion, and many docs tools. The generated flowchart TD code is ready to paste anywhere Mermaid is supported, so your diagram stays version-controlled and editable as plain text.

A clear map is the first step. When you're ready to make the process run itself, Parix.ai workflow automation turns these diagrams into live, automated systems.
