How is NPS calculated?
NPS = %Promoters − %Detractors, based on survey responses on a 0–10 scale where 9–10 are promoters, 7–8 are passives, and 0–6 are detractors.
What is a good NPS score?
Above 0 is positive, above 30 is great, and above 70 is considered world-class. Scores vary a lot by industry, so compare against your own sector benchmarks.
